Smoked Salmon Pizza
Ingredients:
- Pre-made store bought pizza crust (partially baked)
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 finely sliced shallot
- Capers (your call on the quantity)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 3/4 lb. Sliced smoked salmon
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450°.
- Drizzle the crust with olive oil.
- Arrange the shallots evenly on top and season with salt and pepper and dill.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
- Spread the room temperature cream cheese on top of the crust then arrange the salmon pieces on top evenly.
- Sprinkle on your capers and more dill. YUM.
