But it happened anyway. Booked a flight and hotel room for myself and three other KSR College writers to go to New Orleans for the SEC tournament. I’m still not sure I can afford it. But hey, YOLO.

the decision has been made
For the past few years, I’ve given up sweets for Lent. I’m pretty particular about that Lenten resolution, and I’ve honed and refined it over the years. For example, I don’t cheat on Sundays because I think it’s stupid and an excuse to splurge (I’m also kind of a masochist). Also, yogurt is NOT a sweet, and neither are graham crackers with peanut butter.

today's to do list:
- sleep til ten (check)
- eat breakfast and work out (check)
- call ally to catch up on her ridiculous #OccupyMemorial weekend in Nashville (check)
- Send card to Grandma and RSVP to a friend’s wedding (check)
- drink lots of coffee and play on the internet and write a blog post while watching the UK game again (in process)
-make my own tahini dressing, try it on pizza for dinner...
